It is with regret to announce that the Loan Distribution Department of the Bank of Gregory L. Fields is closing its doors effective immediately. If you have an outstanding interest free loan, DO NOT CELEBRATE, the Collections Department will remain open with a new and improved method of collection. That department will collect, including but not limited to, attending all bankruptcy proceedings demanding payment of outstanding amounts owed; calculate the amount of the loan, determine how delinquent the borrower is and when applicable access late fees, interest and other penalties, in accordance with California Law. Unlike the many of the larger financial institutions this bank did not receive a bailout for its losses therefore; we have to collect outstanding monies owed. Applications requesting a bailout will not be accepted, no exceptions. The only time your credit score will be affected is if the Bank of Gregory Fields prevails in getting a judgment against you. is If you live out of the state of California the fees will appear excessive, however, that is one of the many benefits of living in California, the cost of living allows for the appropriate fees.

If it becomes necessary to litigate be advised that California law also provides for the prevailing party to collect court cost and other legal fees.
